A taste of the Kimberley
The Great Australian Gourmet Adventure
An 8-night flavour-packed Kimberley outback adventure exploring some of the most remote reaches of our continent in mouth-watering, jaw-dropping style.
Discover Darwin’s secret foodie finds before your private flight into the heart of the Kimberley. Explore Bullo River Station by heli and on horseback, by 4WD and on foot, join in the workings of one of Australia’s most famous cattle stations, learn the outback art of damper baking and forage with your chef. A second private flight showcases the grandeur of the outback en route to El Questro Homestead. Soak in thermal springs, toast to uninterrupted sunsets, dine under outback stars and try your luck at hooking a famed barramundi! Then top off the adventure with a night in Broome.
On arrival in Darwin, transfer to your overnight accommodation and settle in with a sundowner watching the tropical sunset from the Mindil Beach Casino and Resort.
We can recommend a dinner at Hanuman this evening to take your tastebuds on a tour of Darwin’s multicultural Asian influences.

Transfer to Darwin Airport for your 90-minute private charter flight to Bullo River Station.
Australia’s iconic working cattle station is your home for the next three nights, with all meals, selected beverages and a collection of unique experiences included with your stay.
Today we’ve arranged for you to enjoy a hands-on traditional bush damper class and time to learn about local ingredients whilst wandering the property’s productive gardens with the chef.
The rest of the day is yours to explore the stunning surrounds or get hands-on with station life.
Shared meals under the stars with your hosts around a campfire are a highlight of your stay at Bullo River Station.
Hike to hidden waterfalls, swim in secluded waterholes and take to the skies with a scenic helicopter flight, all included with your stay – as are picnic baskets of freshly prepared treats, best enjoyed beside a quiet billabong!
A second private charter flight transports you from Bullo River to El Questro Homestead.
Set on 700,000 acres of rugged Australian outback, 100kms from the nearest town, El Questro Homestead is an oasis of understated luxury.
All meals including breakfasts on the veranda overlooking the Chamberlain Gorge, shared lunches sharing the morning’s adventures with fellow travellers and daily changing dinner menus enjoyed under the stars are included with your stay.
Head out on a private half-day outback fishing adventure for the opportunity to hook an elusive barramundi. Cruising on remote river systems, your local guide will teach you their tips and tricks (no need to be an expert angler), whilst also helping you to spot a wide variety of bird and animal-life that share these spectacular landscapes.
Today is yours to enjoy these stunning surrounds: cruising sun-lit gorges, hiking to stunning look outs or exploring with guided 4WD safaris. Indulge in a spot of birdwatching or soak in the tranquil surrounds of Zebedee thermal springs, but don’t miss the opportunity for spectacular sunset sundowners at Buddy’s Point!
You may also wish to add some horse riding or heli-touring experiences to your stay: picnic by secluded waterfalls and marvel at ancient Aboriginal rock art. We can also arrange a private cliff-top dinner in one of several stunning locations.
A scenic helicopter flight provides a birds’ eye view of this beautiful region as you are transported from the Homestead to Kununurra to connect with a scheduled flight to Broome.
On arrival, transfer to your accommodation and toast to your Kimberley culinary adventures as you watch the sun sink into the Indian Ocean.
