Set amongst some of Australia’s most breathtaking scenery, at an elevation of 1,100m above sea level overlooking the World Heritage-listed Scenic Rim national parks, Spicers Peak Lodge takes wilderness luxury to new heights

Enveloped by the World Heritage-listed Main Range National Park and the Great Dividing Range, in South East Queensland’s spectacular high country, its easy to forget that you are just a little over two hours from Brisbane. The Spicers Peak luxury lodge experience provides the perfect combination of seclusion from the outside world and connection to the natural beauty that surrounds.

Accommodation is in ten luxurious suites housed in the main lodge building and two Private Villas perched on the edge of an escarpment, that also offer a private outdoor spa from which to soak up the tranquillity of these natural surrounds that are shared with resident cockatoos, kangaroos, wallabies and koalas.

Spicers Peak Lodge’s paddock-to-plate menus showcase the very best local produce with exceptional dining experiences enjoyed in the lodge restaurant or in a collection of private dining locations.

Guests can enjoy scenic walking trails and outdoor yoga sessions, campfire canapes and guided stargazing as part of the experience. Guided hikes and mountain bikes, 4WD safaris and nocturnal wildlife walks, gourmet picnics and helicopter scenic flights can also be arranged. There’s also an outdoor pool and tennis court; and the mountain-top Spa Anise offers pampering treatments, a spa pool and cosy relaxation lounge.

    All meals, most beverages and a collection of lodge experiences that showcase the surrounding landscapes are included with a stay at Spicers Peak Lodge. Families with children 14 years and older are welcomed in the main lodge. Children of all ages can be accommodated in the luxury lodge’s Private Villas.
