Setting out from Brisbane, go behind-the-scenes at Sirromet Wines, get off-the-beaten-track at Spicers Peak Lodge and go over-the-top in the Whitsundays with a heli-scenic Journey to the Heart experience from qualia, your indulgent Hamilton Island base. Sample award-winning wines with sommeliers and cellar-masters, picnic in picturesque surrounds from the bush to the beach, and drink in the serenity with exclusive experiences, from rainforest to reef.

Transfer from Brisbane to Spicers Peak, enjoying a tour, tastings and decadent 3-course lunch with matching wines at Sirromet Wines along the way.
‘The best of Australia on a plate’ is included for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily during your stay at the hatted Spicers Peak Lodge.

Spend the morning exploring your spectacular surrounds: hiking, mountain-biking or simply relaxing by the pool. The chefs can prepare you a picnic lunch to enjoy the very best of the Scenic Rim’s great outdoors.
Join the Spicers Peak sommelier for a guided tasting of the Lodge’s premium cellar master wines, expertly matched with the chef’s selection of cheeses.

A scenic helicopter flight provides a true appreciation of the grand scale of the natural beauty that surrounds you. Landing in a clearing at Mount Mistake, enjoy an exclusive gourmet picnic hamper before the return scenic flight back to the lodge.
Spend the afternoon enjoying a hit of tennis, a relaxing massage or buried in the pages of a good book.

Transfer through the Gold Coast hinterland to Brisbane to connect with a flight to Hamilton Island where you will be whisked away to the wonderfully indulgent qualia.
Perfectly positioned for privacy and easy access to all that Hamilton Island and the Whitsundays have to offer, qualia is “a private world of sensory perfection”.
Settle in with a sommelier-led tasting experience of perfectly paired and prepared sake and sashimi, oysters and champagne or fine wine and cheeses.
Daily a la carte breakfasts and decadent dinners are also included with your stay and showcase the resort’s produce-led food philosophy.

Take off from Hamilton Island, to heli over the swirling sands of Whitehaven Beach and iconic Heart Reef, landing on a private pontoon surrounded by the turquoise waters and technicolour corals of the Great Barrier Reef. This exclusive Journey to the Heart also includes the opportunity to swim, snorkel or explore the tranquil lagoon in a glass bottom boat before the return scenic heli-flight.
Back at qualia, swim, snorkel or kayak the afternoon away at the resort’s private Pebble Beach, book yourself in for a treat at the day spa or duck off to neighbouring Dent Island for a hit of golf (additional charges apply).
