Enjoy hot springs and the region’s hottest restaurants in the Mornington Peninsula and personal introductions to fabulous foodie finds in Melbourne with a collection of private touring experiences.
Itinerary
On arrival in Adelaide, your private transfer will transport you to Penfolds’ Magill Estate to indulge the senses with a behind-the-scenes tour into the original Grange Cottage, Penfolds’ vintage cellar and Max Shubert’s original hiding spot for his hallowed Grange; a structured tastings of some of the estate’s finest wines and a three-course lunch with paired Penfolds wines.
Your waiting driver will transfer you to the Adelaide Hills to check in to your accommodation where you will be greeted with a welcome drink.
We recommend a relaxed dinner in the lodge’s Sequoia Lounge with panoramic Piccadilly Valley views.

On a private visit to a family-owned biodynamic farm in Mt Barker, learn about the region’s burgeoning natural wine scene. Open by appointment only, Ngerina offers the opportunity to sample shiraz, chardonnay, cider, syrah, their signature pet-nat ‘farmhouse champagne’ and several other flavoursome varieties that have been grown, blended and bottled on the property.
If you fancy venturing out for dinner this evening, we can recommend the Summertown Aristologist natural wine bar and restaurant, serving local natural wines and a seasonal menu of delicious vegetable-led small places only minutes from the lodge.

The day is yours to explore the ancient landscapes and legends of Australia’s Red Centre: set off early to walk amongst the red rock domes of the Kata Tjuta or follow the base of the Uluru on a guided walk around the Mutijulu Waterhole.
Return to your oasis in the outback where we have arranged for you to enjoy a private masterclass with Longitude 131’s Executive Chef.
This evening, head out to explore the twinkling Field of Light installation or settle in under the stars to enjoy a four-course dinner at Table 131, including a guided tour of the outback skies.

Lift off from the lodge’s helipad to appreciate the grand scale of the Red Centre’s raw beauty and dramatic landscapes with a half-hour helicopter flight over Uluru and the Kata Tjuta.
For your final night in Australia’s spiritual heart, we have arranged a private Dune Top Dining table to enjoy an unforgettable evening under the stars; with breathtaking views stretching from Uluru to the Kata Tjuta and butler service to deliver outback degustation dining at its very finest.
