Step off the well-trodden tourist trail with a private full-day country food trails tour to uncover a collection of the district’s best-kept secrets with exclusive access to local produce and producers; and a sparkling masterclass to learn the secrets behind Printhie’s highly-awarded methode traditionelle Swift sparkling. Walk the winery with one of Printhie’s sparkling specialists who will then walk you through their range (including the opportunity to taste 10 year old sparklings) before sitting down to lunch in the rustic Chaff Shed.
We can recommend a dinner at the School House Restaurant that delivers a cosy and classy dining experience in the old Union Bank Building (birthplace of the prestigious Kinross Wallaroi private school).

Collect your rental car to start your regional road trip to Mudgee where a private half-day tour will take you behind cellar doors, chauffeuring you between wineries to sample local wines, cheeses and other delicacies.

Continue on the open road to the Hunter Valley wine country. We recommend a stop at Two Rivers Wines to enjoy an antipasto platter of local produce for your lunch en route, leaving room for an indulgent dinner at Muse award-winning contemporary fine dining in the heart of the Hunter this evening.

A private soil to cellar experience provides privileged exclusive access to one of Australia’s iconic vineyards. Start with oysters and Brokenwood Semillon in the private Graveyard Tasting Room and tour the winery behind the scenes with your private host before enjoying a four-course lunch with matched wines, including Brokenwood’s flagship Graveyard Vineyard Shiraz. Enjoy a gourmet grazing plate amongst the wine barrels to sample pre-release Graveyard Vineyard Shiraz and take home a bottle of current release.
