Every room is assigned its own Guest Experience Manager (GEM). Similar to a personal butler or concierge, the GEM is on hand throughout the stay to exclusively assist their guests with anything, whether it be as simple as finding the nightlight switch, or arranging extensive day tours away from the resort or impromptu parties.
