Restaurant Booking Details

To enable our Travel Designers to secure restaurant reservations on your behalf, we kindly ask you to complete and submit the details below at your earliest opportunity.

    Please provide the applicable information which can be used to contact you while you are traveling.

  • Tips to assist us in securing a reservation at your preferred restaurants, particularly at some of our most popular venues and during peak times:

    ** If you are requesting multiple restaurants, please list them in preferred priority order and allow our team some flexibility with the dates to be able to secure the best available combination of preferences based on restaurant availabilty. (Please advise if there are any bookings which are being requested for a specific date (e.g. to celebrate a special occasion)).

    ** Please provide a (two-hour) window of time during which you would be happy to dine to allow us the best chance of securing a table if a specific time is unavailable.

    Please note: from our experience, we do recommend leaving some evenings free in each destination to allow for spontaneity or a more casual dining experience as the mood takes you. Your hotel concierge can also be of further assistance with any local restaurant recommendations and reservations required.

I understand and accept the following matters in relation to restaurant reservations:

  • All reservations and special requests are subject to availability
  • Bookings are not confirmed until I have received confirmation from Southern Crossings in writing
  • Some restaurants may require a deposit, pre-payment or a ‘no-show’ guarantee. I will provide credit card details to Southern Crossings and authorise the company to provide my credit card information to restaurants to secure bookings
  • I agree to accept any charges payable to secure my booking and/or cancellation charges in the event of a no-show, cancellation or amendment
  • I agree that any such charges are set out on the individual venues’ booking terms and conditions, which will be provided to me by Southern Crossings
