Continue the adventure in Launceston to learn the art of sparkling and craft a bottle to your taste. On Tasmania’s Freycinet Peninsula, Saffire lodge is the luxurious base from which to enjoy private picnics, shuck ocean-fresh oysters and cruise on crystal clear waters. On the heli-transfer to Hobart, call in at the Agrarian Kitchen to forage, cook and feast on Tasmania’s finest produce. No visit to Hobart would be complete without a Posh-as day at MONA.
Itinerary
Depart from Melbourne on a private charter flight to King Island. A private guided tour of this remote and rugged island in Bass Strait is rewarded with stunning scenery as you tour beyond local farm gates and delicious local delicacies as you indulge in a five-course lunch followed by desserts and cheeses at the famed King Island Dairy before your onward private charter flight to Launceston.
Your driver will be waiting to transfer you to your accommodation the lovingly restored Red Feather Inn. Relax in your spacious Library Suite or wander in the property’s pretty kitchen garden before heading back in to town to the riverside Stillwater restaurant, our recommendation for this evening’s dinner.

An Art of Sparkling masterclass at Josef Chromy wines’ cellar door will guide you through your own liqueur d’expedition dosage trials to craft a bottle of sparkling wine exactly to your tastes. Your bottled blend will be sent to you to enjoy back home, but before you leave, sit down to enjoy a tutored private tasting of current release wines and a delightful two-course lunch.

A private scenic helicopter flight will transport you to Hobart to meet with your connecting road transfer to Tasmania’s Agrarian Kitchen where you can join in one of their coveted hands-on cooking classes.
Sit down to enjoy your spoils before transferring back to Hobart where we can recommend an evening at the fabulous Fico restaurant that deliciously fuses the owners’ European heritage with Tasmania’s finest produce

Wake up to waterfront views and make your way around the harbour for as Posh-As day at MONA including return Posh-Pit ferry transfers, a private Moorilla winery walk and guided wine tasting, museum entry, lunch with matched wines and a bottle of Muse to take home with you.
