Itinerary

Depart from Melbourne on a private charter flight to King Island. A private guided tour of this remote and rugged island in Bass Strait is rewarded with stunning scenery as you tour beyond local farm gates and delicious local delicacies as you indulge in a five-course lunch followed by desserts and cheeses at the famed King Island Dairy before your onward private charter flight to Launceston.

 

Your driver will be waiting to transfer you to your accommodation the lovingly restored Red Feather Inn. Relax in your spacious Library Suite or wander in the property’s pretty kitchen garden before heading back in to town to the riverside Stillwater restaurant, our recommendation for this evening’s dinner.

An Art of Sparkling masterclass at Josef Chromy wines’ cellar door will guide you through your own liqueur d’expedition dosage trials to craft a bottle of sparkling wine exactly to your tastes. Your bottled blend will be sent to you to enjoy back home, but before you leave, sit down to enjoy a tutored private tasting of current release wines and a delightful two-course lunch.
