Situated in the Bay of Islands, the residences sit within a one thousand acre landscape that is rich with history and blessed with spectacular scenery. A stay at The Landing allows exploration of the onsite vineyard, six private beaches, native bush and bird sanctuaries as well as access to a range of outdoor activities. The Landing also offers an exceptional food and wine experience, with personal chefs tailoring every meal.

Gabriel Residence features magnificent views over the Bay of Islands, soaring wooden ceilings, and absolutely tons of space, perfect for large families or groups of friends who want to spread out. The timber-lined living, entertaining and recreation areas include three full lounges, a huge open-plan entertainers kitchen, a games room, and multiple outdoor spaces such as balconies, terraces and courtyards. All this for a maximum of eight guests over four luxurious suites. 

Also hidden away on the estate is a population of Kiwis which can be seen on an evening spotlighting tour.
